A leaking skylight being REPAIRED, not covered with tar.	A rotted deck ledger being replaced. Rot was due to improper flashing.
This leak resulted in a moldy carpet. Problem was resolved by EAGLE.	H.O. reported a leaking window for years. Caulking DOES NOT RESOLVE THESE PROBLEMS!! The rotted wall proves it.

A great example of how to fix a leaking skylight/chimney area. NOT SO!	The floor under this sliding door was rotted due to leakage. Door will be removed in order to correct flashing installation and replace rotted areas.
